Empowering our local community by sparking change through computer science education.

Engineering Expo

We are a group of students from various

majors at Florida International University

(FIU) who are passionate in spreading

Computer Science (CS) education to the

new generation. We believe that basic CS

education is important, because no

matter the field, CS is the future.

Programs

We reach out to elementary and middle schools in Miami-Dade County to mentor students through a fun and engaging curriculum designed by using various educational resources such as Code.org and Scratch. We help out in various computer-science events such as FIU’s annual coding competition, CodeFest, and the Miami Makerfaire.
